At CrossFit Hi Kauai, we want to build the best YOU possible.  To do that, we will use the same training principles and movements that apply to Elite Athletes, the only difference being the weight, volume, and speed at which you do those movements.

What does that mean?  Essentially it means that all the basic movements we do at CrossFit HI Kauai, the squat, the clean, the pullup, the kettlebell swing, etc., are essential in their ability to improve performance. For beginners, we the coaches know how to adjust the intensity, weight or difficulty of the moveemnt, so the beginner can still get the maximum benefits of the movement without “over-doing it.”

Thus, the answer to the above question then is a resounding “YES – CROSSFIT HI IS FOR YOU…IT IS FOR EVERYBODY!!!”
