4 Power Cleans (155/115)
8 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups

REST 3 MIN

B)
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in two minutes of:
4 Power Snatches (115/75)
20 Double-Unders

REST 3 MIN
THEN REPEAT A & B for a Total of 3 ROUNDS
