THANK YOU TO ALL OF THOSE WHO HAS REGISTERED AND THOSE OF YOU  VOLUNTEERING TO HELP OUT 🤗 THIS IS SO EXCITTING AS WE ARE DAYS AWAY FROM THE GARDEN ISLAND BOX WARS.    ANYONE WHO WOULD LIKE TO HELP OUT ON THIS EVENT CONTACT JAMES WE COULD USE MORE VOLUNTEERS..

WE WILL ONLY BE HAVING A 6 And 8 AM class on FRIDAY 8-19-16 all other class times are cancelled for Friday.

TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warm up
2 rounds:
10 pass thrus
10 good mornings
10 narrow-grip OHS

 

Then, 2 rounds w/ barbell:
5 push press
5 behind neck jerks
5 press in split

Strength 15- 20 min
Jerk 1RM (from the rack)

WOD 10 Min AMRAP
50 DU
8 Alt Leg Lunges
6 Hang Power Clean 115/75
4 SH2OH 115/75

POST WOD
3 Sets
6-8 Weighted push ups
6-8 Hanging Straight Leg Raises
10-15 Superman Rocks
