10 Push ups
10 airsquats
*If you are 10 min late your WARM UP is 50 BURPEE

STRENGTH
20 RM BACK SQUAT
ADD. 5 lbs

WOD 4 ROUNDS
In 4 min complete
400 m Run
SNATCH Max Reps 115/75 in the remainder of time (scale by using your 70 % of 1 RM)
*rest 2 min between rounds
*SCORE IS MAX SNATCHES IN 5 ROUNDS
Squat or Power is ok 👌🏼
