STRENGTH
Back Squat
5 x 5 Reps @ 80%

 

WOD
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
5 Power Cleans (165/115 lbs)
10 Toes to bar
15 Wall balls (20/14 lbs)
