20 sec each leg pigeon pose

20 sec wrist stretch

20 sec Banded front rack stretch

3X 3 position Clean

Squat Clean + Jerk
3 Reps at each load building up to 70 % then
6X 3 Reps @ 70 %

AMRAP 12 mins: Rope Climbs, Push Press and Double Unders
Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 mins of:
3 Rope Climbs, 15 ft
12 Push Press, 135/95 lbs
50 Double Unders
