WARM UP 3X 10
100 m run
Banded squats
Lateral Lunges
Mountain climbers
Banded Press alt arm
20 sec shoulder stretch

WOD
FOR 21 min
7 Rounds (Start a new round every 3:00)
100 m run
12 Burpees
9 Thrusters 155/105#
(If you finish in 1 min then rest the remainder of 3 min)
* If the clock catches you, either skip the next round, rest, and try and stay on track for the remaining rounds or you can make the workout an AMRAP for the remainder of the time. That is your choice! Make sure you can do the thrusters in ONE set. If you can’t, its too heavy.
