In 2 min windows(3 min w/rest)

Max OHS 95/65
1 min rest

In the event athletes will work for 2 min then rest for 1 min. They will perform in the 2 min 8 T2B , 100 m run then as many Overhead squats as possible in the remainder of time. They will continue until they completed 75 Reps or a    15min cap.
