WARM UP

1 Min Jump Rope
10 Banded squats
10 Push ups
10 Ring Row
5 Donkey kick up to Handstand
15 Sec Handstand hold

Front Squats
10 x 3 reps @ 80%.
*Should be near the power clean singles weight you used yesterday ! Stay at a weight you can move well with some solid form. Shouldn’t be rounding your back AT ALL and able to stay in a good position, otherwise drop the weight to a point you can. Always want to work at a weight that is heavy but you can handle with good form!

WOD
3 Rounds for time
15 handstand push ups
100 Double Unders
*The goal is to go unbroken on both movements! Or cut the HSPU into manageable unbroken chunks.

POST WOD
600 m FARMERS CARRY 2 KB OR 2 DB AHAFA
