MODIFIED LABOR DAY CLASS SCHEDULE…were only having 2 CLASSES AT

9am & 4:30 PM only
All other classes cancelled.

CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR KAUAI MARATHON RUNNERS AND ALSO…
OUR 2 TEAMS THAT COMPETED ON MAUI THIS WEEKEND.. placing 6th out of 20 teams, a hard fight and battled thru 4 events.

* Then 10 Rounds of:
* 7 Bar Facing Burpees
* 3 Thrusters (135/95 ) (95/65)scaled

* Then:
* 1,200m Run (with med ball (20/14 lb))
