10 x Medball Cleans
10x Push ups
10 x sit ups

 

WOD
*This WOD is at least a 30+min workout with a partner (For run sub Row 1000m)

With a partner for time
“Partner Helton”
3 Rounds
800m Run (Together w/55/45 plate to share)
30 Squat cleans( 225/155# RXX) (135/95 RX) (95/65scaled)
60 Burpees
*Only one partner works at a time on the bar and the burpees! You run together and then break up the rest as needed!
