My name is Lenka and I’m originally from the Czech Republic.

Yoga has been part of my daily life for the past 4 years. I am a 500hr Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT®).
I completed my 200hr RYT training of modern Vinyasa Flow in USA in 2015. Additionally, I completed 300hr RYT advanced traditional Hatha Yoga training in India in 2016. I am continuously eager to learn more.

I have been teaching Vinyasa/Power Yoga classes, Intro to Power Yoga, and Restorative classes. I combine both traditional and modern styles of yoga.

Yoga has had such a positive impact in my life, both mentally and physically. I love yoga, and I want to share my passion with others.
