Row 2000 m with a partner…
Alternating every 100m With a partner, the goal is to stop ‪the meters‬ exactly on the hundred mark.  However many reps you are above or below the 100 ..do that many Burpees before your partner can start rowing their 100m!  Never reset the monitor!  A little fun to get the day started!

Warm up for Barbell work.

Barbell Cycling
Every 2:00 for 20 Min
2 Power Cleans +
2 Front Squats +
2 Push Press +
2 Back Squats +
2 Push Press
AHAP
*Start light and increase load each set
SCORE -is heaviest Complex completed in the 20 Min
