2-3 Wallwalks
30 sec couch stretch each leg

STRENGTH
Back Squat
* 4 reps @ 70%
* 3 reps @ 80%
* 2 reps @ 90%
* 1 rep @ 95%

Rest 2-3 minutes between sets.

PARTNER WOD
SPLIT REPS UP AS NEEDED. (Solo cut in half)
For time:
30 Toes-to-Bar
30 Handstand Push-Ups
30 Ground to Overhead (135/95 lbs)
30 Handstand Push-Ups
