3000m Row (Everyone rows 1000 and then together)
5 Rounds
10 Power Cleans 155/105
10 Box Jumps 24/20
20 Sit Ups weighted20/14
*One person is on each of the stations and rotate through when everyone is done at each station for a total of 5 rounds each person! The power cleans should be fast singles, as well as the box jumps!
