WARM UP
5 Min Cardio.. DU, Row or Run
Then 2-3 rds
20 Banded Deadlifts
10 Wallballs( Light)
10 inchworm push ups
10 Sit ups

 

Workout of the Day
30 Rounds (1:1) w/partner…
3 Deadlifts
2 Squat Cleans
1 Push Jerk
*These should all be at the same weight. 225/155 but choose a weight you can work with that will not make you lose position throughout the entire workout! Alternate rounds with a partner until you each complete 30 rounds of this workout! This definitely gets tough about 10 reps in, make sure to pace yourself!  The weight used was at 60% max clean and jerk. Use roughly that (60% of your C&J) Or something that’s challenging but sustainable for 30 Rounds
