200 m Run
10 Inchworm w/Push up
10 AirSquats

Then 2X
Barbell warm up
5 Power Cleans
5 Front Squats
5 Burpee overbar

WOD For Time (1:1)
9 Rounds Each= Total Of 18 Rounds w/ a Partner or if doing solo rest the amount of time it takes you to do a round.

3 Hang Power Cleans
6 Front Squats
9 Bar Facing Burpees
*Alternate rounds with a partner, every 3 rounds you do increase the weight on the barbell! Men 115/135/155
Women 75‪/95‬/105
The barbell should not drop on any set, if it does it is too heavy.  This should be around 45-60 seconds for each set for you!
