WOD 3 people in a team waterfall style don’t advance to the next unless Partner infront  is done
2 Rounds (1:2)
20 Handstand Push Ups
20 Calorie assault bike
10 Power Cleans 155/105
20 Calorie Row
20 Handstand Push Ups

*We alternated in a team of 3 people, or you could start a new round every ‪12:00‬ if you are doing this alone! The goal was to do everything unbroken and the cleans as fast singles! If you need to break the hspu up I would say no more than 2 sets for the first set and no more than 3 sets for the second set!
