*Follow your partners through this workout, if you go first you cant start your Row again for round 2 until partner 3 gets off the Row! Do as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes! Each partner must do the same amount of work as the others so if you start a round before the 12 minutes is up, finish your round you’re on!

*Rest 8 minutes between workouts
