Snatch Work (squat snatch)
5 x 2 Reps @ 75% of 1RM
*Technique work! If you feel good work up just a little each set, but start around 75% for your first set!

12 Single arm Dumbell Hang Clean and Jerk 50/35 (6 Right arm, 6 Left arm)
6 Strict Pull ups
*Rest 1:1 if no Partner Rest the amount of time it took to complete the round and complete 5 Rounds.
