5 Rounds (Each set Go HARD) Alernate Rounds with Partner for a total of 10 Rounds
100m Row Sprint
100’ Sled Pull Sprint (Heavy, work on being explosive throughout the entire 100’)

-THEN –
Alternate rounds with partner
5 x 100’ Farmers Carry (As heavy as possible)
*The point is to just load up heavy and try and breathe and move under a heavy
*NO PARTNER-Rest until recovered (‪2-3 ish‬ minutes)
