In a team of 3, rotate on the Rower
Row 6k (Alternate 250m’s)
8 Power Clean and Jerk 135/95# (After each set of 250m row)

 

*Rotate as a team of 3 people on the rower until you have completed 6k.  Do your Clean and jerks as quickly as you can after each set of the rower, try to work on transitioning from movement to movement.
