Back Squat
7 x 3 Reps
*These should be as close to 85% as you can get.  These should be smooth through all 3 reps each set, no grinding through these if that’s the case just lower the weight a bit and move it faster!

WOD
3 Rounds For Time
15 Kettlebell Front Squats 53’s/35#’s
50 Double Unders
*Keep the KB’s in a front rack and work on staying tight under a load! This should be tough if you try and move fast enough!
