Strength
Bench Press
6 x 2 reps (Add weight each round up to something heavy and stick your last 2-3 sets there!)
*Work up to about 85% of your best if possible and get as many sets as you can there!

 

 

WOD FOR TIME
*Run a 200 with a partner if needed. But NO alternating rounds of run and row..,
10 Rounds
250m Row
10 Burpees
*Alternate Rounds with a partner, You should be able to just roll right into this picking up the pace as you go!
