DB Hang Clean & Jerk 6 each arm
5 Kipping Bar Taps+5 K2E
2-3 Wall walks
10 GHD Sit ups

STRENGTH
Power Clean and Jerk
5 x 3 reps (Work up to 80% of your best power clean and do as many sets here or above as possible)
*Rest no more than 90 seconds between each set once you get up to your weight! You should be doing a set about every 2 minutes or faster!

WOD
4 Rounds Each (1:1Work:Rest)
15 HSPU
15 Toes to Bar
*Alternate rounds with a partner, try and do each set as fast as you can and in as few sets as possible!
