WOD
Every ‪5:00‬ x 6 rounds
15/12 Calorie Row
400m Run
5 strict Pull up
10 T2B
*Starting a new round every ‪5:00‬ should give you somewhere between 1 and 2 minutes rest each round so try and run hard so you can do 5 tough strict pull ups right into 10 toes to bar. If you need to make the strict pull ups a bit weighted, do that.
* If the clock catches up to you turn it into a 30 min Amrap.
