DB Deadlift
DB Hang Clean
DB Front squat
DB Push Jerk

 

WOD
AMRAP 20 minutes
Partner 1 does:
1000m Row
While Partner 2 does:
5 Power Cleans
5 Front Squats
5 Push Jerk
*You pick the weight on the bar, The partner on the erg is the one you should be rotating on, you should get done with your barbell work and get some rest before you have to get on the Rower again!  This was a good tough barbell workout!
