10 Wallballs
10 Superman
30 sec squat mobility each leg

 

WOD 35 Min Cap
For time (With a partner!)
100 Calorie Row
100 DBThrusters 50/35#’s
100 Burpees
*Only one partner can be working at a time! Try to alternate 20 Cal the Row then break up the thrusters as needed to, but completed 100 as a team.  25 Min to finish as a score to try and beat!
