*5/5 DB Windmill

*5/5 DB across Body snatch

Then 1 Round

*2 min DU practice

*Inchworm + push up(5,4,3,2,1)

(Its1 inchworm + 5 push ups , 1 inchworm +4 push ups.. until 1 push up is complete

*15 squat therapy

3 sec down 2 at bottom 1 up

WOD FOR TIME (30 min cap)

150 DU

25 Backsquats 135/95

1600 m Run

25 Wallballs 20/14

50 Single arm DB Hang power Snatch 50/35
