HOW IS EVERYONE DOING?
What works for me during this “quarantine” is having a plan or schedule of what I need to accomplish for the day. I must say it keeps my mind off of everything else while feeling productive with my day, which is something that makes me feel complete.
During this time try to enjoy your family and your health. Make a list for the day and include your workout in that list and Slay Away!!!

400m Run
100m Single DB Farmer Carry

No Equipment Version

On the 5:00 x 6 Rounds:
Wearing Back Pack:
15 Pushups
15m Walking Lunge
400m Run
